Gov. Malloy Statement on Attacks in London

Governor Dannel P. Malloy released the following statement regarding the reported attacks in London, England this evening:

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and all those impacted by these senseless acts of violence -- we mourn for those who lost loved ones and pray for those who are injured. While we do not yet know the full details of today's event, it is an admonition that we must always remain vigilant and is a reminder that if you see something, say something."

Governor Malloy and state public safety officials are continuing to monitor the situation as its develops and information unfolds.

In addition, the Governor is flying the Union Jack flag at the Governor's Residence in Hartford in solidarity with the people of the United Kingdom.
